Shape Up

 

Lets get your heart rate on fire!  Experience an 8 week intense course consisting of one 30 min session per week with our small group shape up class.

This programme contains a mixture of cardiovascular, strength training, flexibility and balance sessions designed to improve your overall level of fitness.

 

Simply choose a time slot that works for you then book yourself or up to 4 people into this 8-week programme.

£4 per session taken as a block payment of £32 in advance.

Max 4 in class
